3) What videos do I need to send?
Send the best match footage you have (full matches if possible, and any short segments that clearly show the issues you want help with).

4) Do you provide a written plan only, or also a call?
You receive a written plan, and the first call includes the athlete + parent so expectations and execution are aligned.

5) How long does it take to get the review back?
